Please complete both the REGISTRATION PACKAGE (one per student) and the FINANCIAL COMMITMENT SHEET (one per family).
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Download/save the PDFs below to your computer. The download/save icon is to the right or left of the printer icon, depending on your browser.
- Complete the forms on your computer.
- Print pages 3-6 of the REGISTRATION PACKAGE and page 1 of the FINANCIAL COMMITMENT SHEET, and sign where appropriate.
- Scan and email to principal@riversidechristianschool.ca, or bring your signed, printed copy to the school.
